Lamb Of God Set To Release New Album In 2012

Don’t look now, but Richmond, Va., metallers Lamb of God announced that they have a new album in the works with a release date of Jan. 24, 2012.

Their seventh studio LP, titled Resolution, is a follow-up to 2009′s Wrath and holds 14 tracks.

Produced by Josh Wilbur, the album will also come with a bonus live CD that was recorded during their 2009/10 world tour.  Pre-orders are available now at the band’s official website, and on Nov. 15, they’ll announce the first leg of what will be a two-year world tour.

In the meantime, here’s a 2009 rig breakdown from Jackson artist Mark Morton, guitarist for Lamb of God.
