Periphery’s Misha Mansoor Gets New Blue Dinky

Metal vanguard Periphery is currently in the studio recording a new album, so what better time for founder and guitar virtuoso Misha Mansoor to get a brand new seven-string Dinky from the Jackson Custom Shop.

Mansoor sent this picture to the Jackson blog to express his excitement over the BMW Laguna Seca blue axe.

Periphery was recently included on a list of Guitar World‘s 2012 artists to watch, so you can vote for the band here.

The guys have also been posting regular updates from the studio via YouTube. Here’s one of the latest:

    Making this guitar an artist sig would make many people happy. I don’t know how difficult the logo is to make, but it would probably cost less to have the guitar without it and I bet even more people would be inclined to buy it. Anyway, that guitar looks incredible and I’m sure it plays well. Hopefully more people will share my sentiments.

      7 String, no floyd, thin compound radius maple neck, brilliant colour.
      What’s not to love!

    Hell yeah, Misha has one of the most beautiful guitars I´ve ever seen. Make it an artist signature! There could be also a version with floyd…
