hey im new here, but i know this could possibly have been asked though i dont know how many posts i can sift through to find out. i was wondering if i were to pay for a custom guitar, could i get it in 7 or 8 string versions? like say if i wanted a king v 7 string or rhodes 7 string, i like the dinky models and everything also i was wondering can i get a sharkfin inlayed fretboard on the 7 or 8 if that is possible. my ideal guitar would be a custom king v or warrior 7 or 8 string with sharkfin inlayed fretboard. with emg active or inactive.

Yes, the Custom Shop does build more than just 6 string guitars, and Sharkfins are no problem in this scenario.. My advice would be to fill out the custom quote form and submit to an authorized dealer and be prepared for the shock that follows..

what do you mean by shock? take awhile? i got a king v one time it took months to get it but all in all it was worth it kind of, though my dinky string through has always been my go to guitar.
