Nope. but try to Use the img tags from places like photo bucket.
Easier way like this

Hi Brad! I get the following error displayed....
"Could not upload attachment to ./files/118_fac5634aca273cecc2d06612fad4a1de."
Is there a size limit perhaps?

I had the same problem and no matter what I tried it would get the same message. I finally broke down and used photobucket. Much much easier than I expected and it worked great!

Yes, that's what I ended up doing as well, based on CG88's tip to use Photobucket, and you're right, it was painless to setup!
