Hey guys.

I appear to be having a spot of trouble with the guitar builder. Nothing hugely wrong, but I was wondering if anyone else was coming across the same issues, or how it could be fixed

After I save a preset (which has started taking some time), I look under the "View Preset" tab, it has a box with whatever I've named the guitar at the top, but it no longer shows a preview of the Guitar either.

Like I say, not a huge problem, just wondering if I was the only one!

I just did 2, one shows up in the preview, the other does not. However, when I click "load preset", it brings up exactly what I saved..

Yeah, sounds like my problem. It does load the guitar if I click on it - does take a while - but it will load. It's just the little preview that won't show up. I've also just checked, when you click the "Order Guitar" tab, to go to the form to fill out the rest of the info, it doesn't show the preview at the top either. Strange

Anyway, good to see it's not just me.

P.S. Just made a rather fetching KV in black with green bevels and a reverse headstock Looks gorgeous!

Someone Know what happend with guitar builder????
Nowadays it doesn´t work.

I´m very interested to use it, because I want order a custom RR1T to my dealer in a few weeks and I wanted to show him the guitar I want. One image is better than 1000 words.

And I would like people from Jackson improve the guitar builder.
I would like to have more options, More colors for headstock binding and logo Jackson, flames, serpent skin...

The guitar builder is a very good tool. I hope to enjoy of guitar builder as soon as possible.

Yeah, this thing is useless. Time to get your web QA team up to speed, Fender.

Same here. It won't even let me choose a body type or neck type from the links. It's DOA. Needs to get fixed.
