I have an auNatural PC-1. Is there something I should use to treat the body and neck wood periodically?

I use lemon oil on the fretboard once or twice a year but what about the body?

Any decent guitar polish should do. I use Dunlop

The auNatural guitars are raw. No finish. I don't think I should use regular guitar polish on it.
