Tax money came in and I wanna treat myself to a new (to me) axe! I currently have a Squier strat and plays great but It doesn't have that metal sound because of the cheap single coils it has. Plus it only has 21 frets, and after playing my son's KV I really like the neck feel of the Jackson. So here are the best Jackson deals locally tell me what you think!

Love the reverse headstock on this one! The H/S/H combination is interesting too.

My budget is around $300, yes I know I can buy a brand new entry level Dinky for that much but if one of these is worth the cash then I'm all for it. :)

Reverse headstock, 24 frets, EMG's for $300 obo. I think that's the deal right there! No case though but I think it worth the money

Checking out the PS4 tomorrow. The guy has a studio set up and he wants me to check it out there! I'm excited to say the least. :)

Bought the PS-4!! The guitar is in really mint shape, not a single dent or chip on that body! Here's a pic from the seller but tomorrow I'll be posting my own after I polish it and string it!

$275 with the hard case! I think it was a good and fair deal. :)

Thanks! So here's a few pics of my President day's project:

Removed the strings and I'm getting ready to clean and oil the fingerboard.
Image

Body before cleaning an polishing. There is not a single scratch or ding! 13 years old and it looks like it came off the showroom floor.

After cleaning and oiling the fingerboard with Dunlop lemon oil.

Why not clean and polish the headstock while the strings are off?

Cleaned and polished body.

Lol

Done setting up the tremolo and tuned to pitch.

Finished!

Will take better pics tomorrow! Tried it out and the fish thing I noticed is how flat the neck feels and how much smaller the body is when compared to my strat. :)
