the truss rod has something attached ,what's that and how to get it out.My guitar is

That's just what Jackson truss rods look like dude. You use a little socket wrench to adjust them instead of an Allen key

:lol: :lol: :lol: It actually took me by suprise when I first popped off the truss rod cover on my RR. Took me ages to find something to adjust it with since I didn't want to shell out for a "genuine" Jackson tube spanner. I actually worked out that a small ring spanner (6mm? 7mm? can't remember exactly) will work fine and they can be easier to come by

I had an el-chepo socket set sitting around. You know the kind with the thin walls? I slipped the socket over the nut and then used an allen wrench to turn it. The socket handle wouldn't fit. My concept was the first time I did my own setup and adjusting so I thought it was normal and the hex heads were funny.
