Hello there. I have a Jackson Warrior WRMG, bought second hand years ago. I'm assuming it's at least a decade old as it has the old style (I think?) tremolo, the one with the short string locking screws for the bridge. Does anyone have any idea where to get new ones from? Everywhere I've looked carries only Schaller or the long variety. Cheers!

I'm not 100% on what you are looking for. But, if you are looking for the short version of the 44mm Floyd Rose locking screw, you probably wont find it. At least, I couldn't. I am looking at this. I will probably file the pegs in myself or maybe take it to a local machine shop. You may have different needs for that, just throwing this out there.

I did eventually find the right type. It turns out my guitar had a low-profile tremolo, so needed these: http://www.allparts.com/String-Lock-Scr ... 87-003.htm

Perhaps that's what you need also?

not exactly sure where you are located but I found hex head screws in all shapes and sizes at my local ace hardware. I replaced a couple of locking nut screws from there. I also had an Ibanez missing a bridge post for the floyd. I found a close sub hex head and ground it into shape.
