Newbie here. Going to be picking up a DK2M Saturday. Does anybody here have one? How are the Floyds? I love the fact it has a JB in bridge. Can't wait..

I have a DK2M (snow white w/ maple fingerboard) and i love it. The Seymour Duncans are amazing. It really rocks hard but even more amazing is its versatility. Its almost a crime that the guitar looks like a metal shredder because the pickups along with the super resonant body/ neck combo gives it the soul of an ES 335 jazz box . Ive been thinking to adding some triple shots and a treble bleed circuit to it and see if it can get even more sounds (if it's possible).
Once and a while ( about 4 times in 4 years)the FR will go out of tune on the low E if i beat on it, but it's solid...
The fact that Jackson disco-ed it should tell you its a great instrument
I hope they bring it back if i ever lose this one.....

Congrats on the new axe!! I too have the Bengal/EMG limited, and the Floyd is as stable as it gets.. Have never had a tuning stability issue (even when it sat in the case for 2 months)..
