I have a King V Guitar and I noticed that it said made in Japan. It does have a serial number on the bottom neck plate, 701383. Does anyone know how I can confirm that this is a TRUE Jackson King V?

Until the end of last year, Jackson had quite a prolific Japanese production. I personally have not had much exposure to serial number coding, but pictures would help greatly. There were several KV models manufactured in Japan over the years..

if its a kv star or what ever it was that was the high end japan made kv i can say they are awsom almost or as good as usa kv s but yeah pictures help and hardware way its build woods all info like taht u have wud make easyer to know what it exacly is(was there som pro/performer or dose series whit kv s?)
