Hi! Been looking around for a Jackson for a while and came across this...

http://tucson.craigslist.org/msg/3103440424.html

It seems like a sweet deal, but something just seems...off, about this guitar. Can someone help me out?

looks like a fairly heavily modded SLS to me.. That is one odd looking trem, nothing from Jackson though..

If I had to take a guess I'd say someone has grafted a Jackson neck onto the body + hardware from an Ibanez S series. As MatreC says, the bridge at the very least isn't anything from Jackson and it looks to have had other mods as well. I'd go play it and see what you think, if it seems decent then offer him as much as you think it's worth and see if he goes for it. It may turn out to be a decent guitar

Not familiar with Ibanez products at all, but from what I could find Mark seems to be right on about it being an S series body..But from what I have seen, that trem isn't from one of those, either...
