Good morning, I am writing to ask a question, I own a guitar jackson js-32t RR and I've really become a nuisance to the use of it, I love to play my guitar but the neck tends to lean to letting down (the guitar is going down at clock wise) and my left hand too uncomfortable to play solos and even some chords. There any way to fix this?, because I would not want to give a bad reference from this model and brand even more.
Furthermore I would like to know the cost of a mast for the same custom guitar.
thank for you all coperation.

Try a different strap, the nylon ones tend to slip a little, something leathery should help..

I had the same problem, one thing you can try is changing the position of the front strap button. On both my JS30RR and RR3 I moved it from the standard position and mounted it on the neck plate by removing top left hand neck mounting screw (looking at the guitar from the back) threading it through the strap button and putting it back in place. I find that balance is much better.

thank you very much for your answers, but:
I do not think it's a strap problem, because I have a dunlop strap leather fatboy model previously used a nylon strap ernie ball and occurred in exactly the same, but if I'm more in line with the view to change the location of the button strap, the trouble is that jackson has not solved this problem??
the idea of this post is to help improve the instrument.

Well, it's not a problem on all models you see. The JS series use very light weight timber for the bodies so the problem is more pronounced on those models, but on the higher end guitars the body woods tend to be heavier and balance much better. Jackson is unlikely to implement changes to the manufacturing process solely to addess an issue that only affects their entry level models, especially when the problem can be easily and freely remedied by the end user.

If it's a fix you want bro then shifting the strap button as I described earlier is by far the easiest and simplest option

My Jackson DK2 is balanced perfectly for me but my Epiphone SG Korina does it real bad. It seems that the neck is so much heavier relative to the body that when you have the guitar "on" with the strap buttons the way they make them, the neck rotates clockwise sliding towards the floor. The only way I figured out to simply solve this problem without modifying the guitar was to not use the front strap button (the one behind the neck on the SG) and instead improvise a way to connect the strap to the neck of the guitar just in front of the nut. The guitar stays in place but now I worry whether having the strap so far up (or is it down) the neck will create a lever effect which gradually bends or distorts the neck.

If the neck is giving you problems, just unscrew it and and place it in a comfortable position and screw it back on
