Hi there.Could anyone recommend the best string for my Jackson?I wanna buy a string set which is durable,has the best tone.It also has not to damage frets.

as far as I know, strings don't damage your frets, your playing does.
I personally like to play with DR strings or David Gilmour GHS. Both cheap but they seem to last forever on my guitars... I can only speak for myself though.

ao is correct.. It is the metal on metal contact that wears the fret material down.. I just grabbed some of those DR coated strings just to check them out, but haven't put them on anything as of yet (got a set of black ones to go on my DK2M)...
