on one ke2 usa serie you chose emg 81 85 or original seymour duncan? and why?

If it does not have a battery box in it from the factory, I would go with the Duncan Distortion and 59. If it does, EMG 81-85.. Simply because I don't want to have to take the cavity cover off every time I need to change the battery.. Also, if it does not already have EMG's in it, the route may be too small for the EMG's...

Besides it's a matter of taste. Both pickups are great

well i use emgs in my kv2 and dont mind the battery change 3 screws off and back on every 2-3 months and far as pick ups go every1 has theyre own taste

OK but I would like more information, quality of every, sustain, precision, for harmonious, solo or shredding?i take the ke2 with a emg but maybe it's error, i dont know...my first guitar is a jackson ks2 from japan with duncan design humbucker and it's ok but not ultime...to chose it's difficult...

go to ure local guitar store test guitar whit emgs whit duncans and mayby if possible even 1 whit dimarzios and use 1 and same amp and settings is prolly the easyest way

The only way that would work would be to have the same model of guitar with all the pickup options he is looking for.. Not as easy as it sounds...

forgot that look for similiar specs youll atleast get some idea on the differences of the pickups cause i admit that finding same guitar whit diff pickups is not often but a jackson usa whit same criteria.... not a snowballs chance in...
