hi there,
i'm new here and a jackson rr was always my dream guiatar,
and the RR24XT i just discovered here would be just perfect, no tremolo, black and green bevels, i had a fetish for those green bevels a long time now...
problem is, i'm lefthanded, so is it possible to get one of these as a lefthanded version?
i dont know if jckson offers its guitars as lefthanded like EPS/LTD does or if there are only certain lefthanded models.
also, the guitar builder doesn't offer an option to coose a lefthanded guitar (not that i could affort a custom shop one though...)
thanks for any answers
itabtoo

The only standard production Jackson that will not be overly difficult to find is the DK2L, there are a few on the ever so popular auction site at the moment.. A south pawed Rhoads, as far as I know, is only available CS...

If you ever get the money, any Jackson guitar can be ordered as a left-handed model through the Custom Shop. After you create a basic model of the guitar you wish to order with Jackson's coolass guitar builder, you click the "Order guitar" button. After that, you'll have to fill a form, in which you may include further information, left-handed model being one option. Kinda expensive, though. ;)

unfortunately even the DK2L has been discontinued (sent an email and was confirmed) and as I can see on the website, even the SL1 & SL2H lefties don't exist anymore..

I m hoping someone from the administration might see this..

Why no left handed models anymore? So unfair..

Unfortunately, the DK2L was a Japanese made model, and we all know the fate of those by now.. There are still some floating around on auction sites, some are even new from authorized dealers.. Be persistent and patient, and you will find what you are looking for.. As of this morning, there was a left handed Rhoads Custom with a Floyd on that oh so popular auction site..

Technically, I am left handed, but am fortunate enough to play right handed, and when I see what the left handed players go through trying to find an axe, I can't help but feel fortunate that I don't have that nightmare.. But doing most of everything else left handed, I also feel your pain..
