I own A jackson with a tremolo and I am having serious problems tuning it. My action was really high and I adjusted the tremolo springs when I was changing my strings last and now I cannot for the life of me get it in tune.

Well there is a bit more to adjusting action than just spring tension.. Did you lower the trem posts as well? If you have reduced the spring tension, when you tune up it will stretch the springs until string and spring tension are equal.. Try tightening up the springs a little and tune up again.. There are plenty of videos out there for setting up a trem, try watching a few of them to get some pointers if you are really stuck...
Good luck..
