Very impressive. I often watch your videos largely to listen to the Soloist, since I'm keen on one of these, so I'd like to know how this compares to, say, the ESP LTD M/H/MH guitars in that price range. I may end up saving a lot of money buying one and then adding better pickups, electronics and hardware.
What do you think about the tone of this guitar and the SLSXMG you played earlier? Compared to different guitars in the same price range? How comfortable is it for either crunch riffing or (as the name implies) fast solos and runs? While Jacksons are primarily built for metal, I'd like to know how well it can do anything other than metal. I currently own a Fender American Special Strat HSS and would like to know how this stacks up- tone, versatility, power and comfort- there are no Soloists anywhere in my city in India- even the Indian-made Soloists are not available!
