Hi, Just got a new slattxmg3-6 in the mail but the tone pot is loose. It will turn all the way up, or down, but then the knob continues to rotate and i can feel the whole pot turning inside the guitar as though it isnt really attached to the guitar. is there any easy way to fix this by a somewhat noob? thanks!

Loosen the set screw on the knob and take it off. Take the back cover off the control cavity and hold the tone pot while you tighten the jam nut under the volume knob. Just be careful how you hold it so you don't break any solder joints on the pot.. When you put the knob back on, set a pick between the bottom of the knob and the finish on the guitar and then tighten the set screw back up..
