what is the difference dk2m and dk2mQ?

The Q shows that they have quilt maple tops, I would assume from looking at them and reading the specs

No, if you look at the body of the guitar on the DK2M:

The top of the body is like a solid colour, whereas the DK2MQ:

The sort of wavy effect on the top, is a quilt maple top, which is what the extra "Q" in the name of the guitar stands for.

And that is the only difference between those two guitars. Everything else (according to the spec sheets) is the same.
