I have a dkmgt that is in overall good condition except when it was shipped to me, the tip of the headstock was broken off right where the last tuning key is. I managed to get a Dowell in there and glued it in place and its been fine for years. A guy on craigslist has a cool looking Kelly ke3 in pretty good shape with a case. I know mine has the emg pickups but would that be a stupid trade? Are they in the same class? I never use the tone boost thing on the knob and I used to have a Kelly and liked it. But I don't want to do something stupid. I know if they were both new mine would be worth more but I'm not sure. If I do trade it, I may trick it out someday and put the good emg pickups in it. Are the necks the same? His does have the double locking tremolo on it too. Any thoughts?

Anyone? I am worried because the emg 81 / 85s seem to be pretty sought after... but I really like the Kelly...
