For me, the coolest body style Jackson ever did was called the Kelly Star-- basically a Kelly top half with a Rhoads bottom half.


See what I mean? I think this was a Japanese model-- the only one released in the US was a cheap bolt-on.

I've always wanted to see a neck-thru one of these with the headstock in the traditional direction.

Lovin' that Kelly Star, it screams metal in every way. My favourite is The Jackson Adrian Smith San Dimas Dinky, because I'm a huge Maiden fan and also I've been wanting a Strathead Jackson since I bought Somewhere In Time (My favourite album) and seen Adrian holding it. Unfortunately I don't own one yet, but I have played it many times and will be getting one in the future. And this is my first post on the forum.

My favourite Jackson is the KV2. I prefer a string-thru but I'm not fond on the headstock they use on the KV2T, and I prefer the KV shape with bevels too But if I could get a Jackson Custom Shop it would be a Black King V with reverse headstock and black hardware

I love about any non reverse head Jackson. I tend to like the Kelly but all of them look great as long as the point is in the right direction.

I recently picked up a rr ps3 on craigslist for $75 with the hardshell case expecting just to use the case but that guitar just plays so smooth ive fallen in love with it

My favourite Jackson would be a King V with mahogany body, full black(black bevels too), reverse pearl shark fin inlays, black hardware, hard tail and ebony fretboard.
Don't have the money for a KV1 or KV2 so I'll stick with a KVXT. Pretty nice guitars, I must say
