Does anyone know how to set the two pots on the pc board for the sustainer? Some guitar tech played around with mine and now the sustainer is out of wack.

Yup, just repaired a sustainer system on a newly aquired PC1. Its pretty easy: First make sure to raise the sustainer driver (aka the rail pickup) up as close to the strings as you can get it, without making contact... be sure to also check that it doesent cause any interference when the strings are plucked as well. Now, one of the trim pots is for the output and one is for sensitivity (I forget which ones)... turn them all the way up (Im almost positive all the way up is going to be COUNTER clockwise believe it or not), then with the guitar plugged in to an amp, back the output one down just enough until the uncontrolled feedback stops. Then you can adjust the sensitivity one to what ever you like, mess with it for a little bit and see what feels right.

Has anyone had problems with the battery block and the battery connections on the PC1's? And is there somewhere you can get replacement parts? My "authorized" Jackson dealer can't find anywhere to order parts.

Yeah, the battery boxes are garbage. Many people including myself have had the connections break off if you open it a few times. You can get replacements at any of the major guitar parts dealers... http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Electronics ... 3&xsr=6841
