Anyone know what brand and gauge strings ship with new Jackson basses such as the JS3V. Just wondering if I am going to want to change them out right away when I buy one. Thanks.

I think I just figured it out. D'Addario XL mediums, right?

I was wondering the same thing. I just got my JS3V and I really like the strings. From what I have been able figure out too, they must be D'Addario, but what series? XL ProSteels, XL Nickes and what about gauges? My guess is ProSteels....

Does any of you out there know the answer - please help! ;)
