Just a quick note here to welcome you to the new, freshly-launched Jackson website and these new forums. Before we get started I'd ask that you please take a moment to read our Forum Rules and then ... go ahead and introduce yourselves! Where are you from? How long have you been a Jackson fan? What model(s) do you own? What do you like about Jackson? What would you like to see next from us? Etc., etc. - these are just some ideas to get things rolling.

As for the site itself, we've rebuilt the thing from the ground up and are committed to keeping the site updated with current / accurate product information, cool giveaways, up-to-date news, and the works ... so we hope you'll find it a nice upgrade across the board.

Generally as long as your postings fall within our Code of Conduct it's all good here, so don't be shy ... let some posts rip and let's get the party started!

Im Rob from Maple Shade NJ. Have been playing J/C guitar since I was 15, now 14 years later I own over 60 of them! As a matter of fact, I only own 3 non-J/C guitars at the moment. Theyre simply the best guitars on the planet, I cant get enough of em!

Glad Jackson has it's own forum by the company itself. Will Jackson the company itself be monitoring this? Because that would be great to be able to talk to the people building our guitars and give them some "suggestions"

Awesome, man, thanks for the intro and very glad to have you here. It sounds like you have as bad of a guitar 'disease' as I do so that's awesome to hear.

There will absolutely be actual folks from Jackson checking in here and there, yes ... within reason, of course. As you know with forums of this nature there are frequently "big / hot" topics and those are the ones where you'll most likely see responses from us. As long as folks approach the whole thing realistically and respectfully and don't expect a response to every question asked we'll be fine. But for stuff like very specific individual customer service issues and whatnot, not so much ... that's not the intent of these forums and we have a whole department devoted to the topic.

I'm Joseph reporting from San Francisco. I've been a Jackson fan since the late 80's but couldn't afford a real one until 1994. Absolutely the best metal guitars out there IMO.
I currently own 8 Jacksons and one is still under order, where 5 of them are Warriors... You could say that I'm a Warriorhaulic.
And still looking forward to add more of those beauties to my arsenal, 1-2 a year on average if things don't go south on me.

My name is Santi, and I'm from Madrid, Spain . I've been playing guitar since I was 13. Now I'm 15 years old. Last April I bought a Jackson DK2T. The sound and the appereance are amazing. Jackson Guitars are the best metal guitars in the world!

I'm Dustin from Independence Kentucky. 35yo. My current workhorse is a white Jackson DK2M w/EMG 81/60. I absolutely love this guitar. I bought it because it reminded me of my first Jackson I bought as a teen. A black Dinky Reverse w/maple neck/fretboard. I actually have the truss-rod cover from it on my dk2m(long story). Also the proud owner of a Charvel 625c acoustic that I'd put up against any acoustic. I always wanted one and found one in mint condition. That thing has been a big shocker for me. I knew it would be good, but didn't expect how great this thing would be since you guys don't really dabble in the acoustic area. Dreaming of an Custom Shop SL2H archtop.
