Glad to see an official Jackson Forum!

I currently own two CS guitars: one that I bought from dealer stock and the other was used. On the one I purchased from a dealer, I got the full spec sheet so I knew what was changed from a standard USA Select.

However, it would be great to have access to this same info on my other CS guitar. I heard a rumor that Jackson might be making this info available.

Anything you can share about that? (I'd be happy to provide the serial number of my CS Dinky as a test case )

That's been talked about for years, and there have been various reasons given (lost records, work-orders in storage etc) plus much of it is pre-Fender. Common sense says that it comes down to money - there would be a bunch of initial expense to getting the work orders sorted and referenced by serial number, then a 'secretary' or someone would have to pull the info out for each enquiry. And there's no money to be made in that...

I told Brian he could ship all the work orders up to me and I'd scan them myself, but he's left now..
