I recently bought a Jackson RRT elite and it has some active eq thing build in with the control nobs. It needs 9V battery supply to work. But I want to know what it really is and where it was made or any more info.

it's a pre-amp for the active humbuckers. the knob determines how much preamp your giving the pickups.

you say for active pickups but it comes out of a jackson RRT elite loaded with seymour duncan SH4 and SH2, which are passive.
The only info I could find is that it might be a active EQ boosting mid frequenties.

I think those Elites have the Midboost preamp like the old Pros back in the day.

Ther are passive pickups. What they actually have is an active mid boost on the 3rd control knob. They weren't originally spec'd out for it,...but it was added at
the last minute and not included in the info they had previously pushed
out for them.

On my RR, it adds additional sustain.
