Hi

After 5 months waiting i recived may case for Rrxmg. Whem i went to put my guitar in it i saw it didn't fit.

I spoke with the sore by phone, and they told me that sometimes is a matter of the way we try to fit the guitar in the case and that sometimes is a matter of molding the case with the guitar.

I tried again and the guitar has fit, but without doing some pressure. The guitar fits but still does some pressure. On the headstock the guitar is on the limit of the case.

I'm not shure, but i think there's just one model of case for both rr and kv. Is that corrrect? Theres only one model to both guitars?

Is this ok and is just a matter of molding the case at the beguinning? Or should i take the guitar of the case and retourn it to the store?

Thanks

The case you have is probably for the RR3, which is 2 frets shorter than the RRXMG, that may be your issue..

It's a jackson molded by skb. I don't know how to post fotos, but it's like this:
