i have bought my lovely Jackson from a second-hand shop in very good condition. The problem is that one of the small bridge string fixers - "black allen-key screw" is not original but one of a silver Philips.

I would like to know, whether is possible to buy original set of nuts&bolts for Jackson guitars and order one that could be sent to Europe(doesn't matter how much it will cost).

Another possibility which will simplify the search is to get the model of the bolts because they could be some standard ones and order them from a normal hardware store.
in all cases. it's annoying to have it in this condition))
and third opportunity is to give the guitar to some service center certified by jackson to tune, repair and replace the missing screw of the guitar.

Do you have some experience with that?

You can match them up at a hardware store, they are metric thread and most stores will be glad to help you size them up if you need some help.. If I remember, you have to purchase them fairly long and cut them to size. If you are looking for direct replacement without having to do the cutting, try one of these places:
