Hey guys
I am going to be purchasing a 1986 RR1 and the Serial Number checks out but was wondering if their is anything else that could tell me if its a fake?

I don't have the guitar as of yet, I was hoping for things too lookout for when I go to pick up the guitar

Can you have the current owner e mail you some pics? In 1986, they were still custom built, so there are many build options then that you don't have on the current RR1. Make sure the serial number starts with "RR", and don't be surprised if the neck is of three piece construction.
