Hi all,

I have just bought Jackson JS3 Bass.

Sounds, feels, looks Great!!!

But I'm a little confused with the controls.

5 controls.

I understand the the top two controls are for volume. Bottom 3 are bass, mid and treble.

When I put the top two controls down there is still sound coming out of my amp....

Am I missing something, or have I picked up a faulty bass?

Sounds like something is definately wrong with that.

When I turn both Vol' controls off there is no soud through the amp at all, even with all tone controls on full.

I just buy a JS3 and its the same thing....Not understand the Jackson JS3 bass control and no owners manual on the site .,,,,For the volume, i think its normal.....some kind of bypass.

unless someone wired one of the controls backwards so turn one clockwise for on and the other counterclockwise for on which would be a mistake on the factory end.
