Jackson guitars from now compared to back then, they are now plastic lookish and back then they where Real diamonds, since fender took over it just lost the hot Jackson Guitar Vibe/aura.

No, I miss the early 90's Jacksons ;) specifically, the Warrior Pro. I want one in pearl yellow.

In the 80's I still had a Fender Telecaster bass a Framus 12 string a Yamaha classical and I was pretty happy with my gear, so with Jackson I was just an admirer. That has obviously changed as I now own a Jackson bass guitar to go with my Fender and my Squier basses. I still like the Jackson guitar line and so whatever you feel is missing now hopefully Jackson will tighten up their production and bring back that 80's vibe for you. :)

Agree, the new guitars doesn't even looks like a real jackson.
No more sharkfin inlays and a new headstock

back then you were able to recognize a jackson from far far away
now you have to look closer at the brand on the headstock.

that "new headstock" has been around for a long time from jackson.
Those Piranha inlays have been around for a long time also on the mg series.
I look at the 80's Jacksons(the strats) as relogoed charvels becuase of legal issues and marketing. Most of the people who liked those really wanted the strathead headstock back and they have that with the charvel line. The 2005 charvel reissues were the return of the J/C strats and they did not sell well.
