As far as we know so far, the bolt on models are being built in the Fender plant in Mexico.

Don't get discouraged.. There is actually a seperate section for the Jackson/Charvel/EVH products with complete tooling seperate from the normal Fender production. Charvel-Jackson employees even went to Mexico to teach them how to build the new products.
