Unfortunately, all of the early Custom Shop logs have been lost, and there isn't a whole lot of early Jackson information available.
Also, your images did not post, so that is no help. If you could get your images to effectively post (or add a link to them), it may help some.
It should be there now.
The vast majority of early Jacksons were alder, poplar, or mahogany, it should be easy to identify them by their natural color, if you can see it. Most likely the neck is eastern rock maple, the fingerboard could be maple, rosewood, ebony, poa ferro, too many options to list.. Good luck..
